A New School Year It's time for a new school year to begin. Garden of Praise has many free activities for you to use in your classroom or homeschool.

Linda Lawrence in her series, God's Exquisite Garden, has written five new Bible lessons for women and young adults.

Incomprehensible God In this lesson she speaks of the magnificence of His creation and the wonders of the human body. She tells us that to learn more of God we go to His Word, the Bible.

Unsearchable Riches She urges us to seek after spiritual riches rather than material wealth and refers us to Proverbs to seek wisdom and understanding rather than silver and gold.

Infinite God We praise God for His limitless attributes. He can be everywhere at all times and even walked with Adam and Eve in the garden.

Holiness of God We are reminded of Peter's admonition to live holy lives and be holy as God is holy.

Righteousness of God We see the righteousness of God in the sacrificial death of His Son. We also should strive for righteousness and express our concern for others.

A Personal Note

Last weekend I flew to Charleston, South Carolina to be with my grandson, Eric. He is 33 years old and the doctors say he has terminal cancer. I refuse to believe that he only has 6 months to a year to live. We are praying that God will give him more years of life. We solicit your prayers.

Sometime in the coming weeks Veronica, my granddaughter and I will be flying back up to South Carolina, and she is going to stay. I can only be gone for 3 or 4 days because it is hard on Murray, my husband with the Alzheimer's. His children take good care of him while I'm gone, but he gets very confused when I'm not here.

The banner at the top of the page features my granddaughter Veronica when she was a baby. A wallpaper image of the picture of her smelling the flowers is available for you to download and enjoy.
