The  king  made  a  new  law.  Daniel did
not  obey.  He  prayed  to  God.  Where  will
Daniel  go?  He must go into the lions' den
because he prayed.  The men shut the door.
Did  the  lions  hurt Daniel?   No,  God  sent
 his  angel  to shut  the  mouths  of  the  lions.

       The  young  woman  was  very  pretty.
The  king  saw  her.
       He  said, "You  will  be  my   queen."
       Esther  was  a  brave  queen.  She talked
 to  the  king  and  told  him  that her  people
 were  going  to  be  hurt.  She  helped  to
save  the  Jewish  people.
