Hagar
Hagar
was the
servant of Sarah.
She became the second wife of
Abraham and gave birth
to Ishmael.
There were bad feelings between
Sarah and Hagar, and Hagar
and
her son were sent away into
the wilderness. God took care
of them
and gave them water to
drink. When Ishmael grew up he
became an archer.He
was a great
man with twelve sons who were
princes. Sarah and Hagar
are
used to tell a story in the
New Testament about how God
deals with
people in different times.
