Patsy Stevens operates GardenOfPraise.com, which supplies educational materials to teachers and other interested parties. These materials are freely provided for non-profit use. They are not to be sold or used for profit in any way. All materials may be freely copied within these guidelines.

In addition, GardenOfPraise.com also supports user registration which provides online features for teachers to use in their classrooms. The following terms and conditions apply to the registration and community areas of GardenOfPraise.com:
  1. Eligibility - By using GardenOfPraise.com registration based services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you are 13 years of age or older; and (c) your use of GardenOfPraise.com services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
  2. Your Password - When you register with this site, you will be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
  3. Privacy - As part of your registration, you may choose whether to allow other registered users to view your profile. At any time after registering, you may change this setting.
  4. Posted Content - As part of your registration, you may optionally enter text and upload pictures introducing yourself to others. You agree not to enter language or upload pictures which might offend other registered users. You may also enter the URL for your website. You agree not to post a link to any site which might be offensive to this community. The owner of GardenOfPraise.com will be the sole judge of what constitutes offensive language and content.
  5. Comments - You may also post comments in the community area which are viewable to other registered users on the page posted and the "Latest Activity" page, if you allow other registered users to view your profile. If you wish to communicate with another registered user privately, you may use the email sending link displayed on their profile page. You may also post comments on site content pages which are viewable by the general public.
  6. Contacting Other Users - Within the community area is a list of other registered users who have allowed their profiles to be viewed. You may send emails to these users. You agree not to harass, advertise to, solicit or send offensive emails to any other registered user using this feature. Emails sent through this screen are logged in the database to prevent abuse.
  7. GardenOfPraise.com may modify these terms and conditions from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of GardenOfPraise.com services signifies your acceptance of the revised agreement.
Your profile may be inactivated and your Membership terminated without warning if you violate any of the terms and conditions listed here.
